Without You

Zander walked into the building where the strange noises had been reported coming from. His partner was still in the car waiting for back up. Zander turned around quickly when he thought he heard a noise, he didn't see anyone though. The next the he knew though he felt a heavy object hit the back of his head. He collaped and the last thing he saw before he passed out was shoes walking towards him.

Emmy curled up in her bed, not only had her precognition predicted this would happen, but due to her clairvoyance she could see all of it from miles away.

Dwight walked into Emmy's room, he was watching her for James and Zander. "What is it hun?"

"Papa's hurt Uncle D, he's hurt bad," said Emmy.

"What? Where is he i'll call James." Dwight said quickly. Zander was slowly starting to come to.

"I...I can't tell," whimpered Emmy

Dwight swallowed hard and called James. Zander opened his eyes slowly and saw he was in a small dark room, he noticed that a man was standing in the room with him.

Cooper chuckled darkly. "Y'ello?" James answered.

Zander shivered at the dark chuckle, "W-Whats going on?" He asked softly before his powers kicked on and he was almost overloaded with all the hate of the people near him.

Cooper shook his head. "So you're the one that has my Emilia....."

Zander groaned softly as his powers kicked off, "Y-Your Emmy's f-father?" He asked softly. Dwight sighed. "James Zan is missing."

Cooper nodded. "Yes I am," James sighed. "How long?"

"Where am i?" Zander asked nervously. Dwight sighed. "At least half an hour."

"That's not important," said Cooper. "Daddy's mill!" said Emmy quickly. "I see it!"

"Well why am i here?" Zander asked as he sat up slowly. Dwight looked at Emmy. "Your dad's mill?"

"You have what I want," said Cooper. Emmy nodded.

Zander frowned before it hit him. "Your not getting Emmy back." He said as he looked at the man. Dwight repeted what Emmy said to James.

"Like you can stop me," said Cooper. "I'll head that way," said James.

Zander swallowed softly. "Your not going to get her, your not going to hurt her." Dwight nodded and hung up the phone.

Cooper growled and kicked Zander in the stomach. Emmy curled up at the sights she could see.

Zander groaned as Coopers foot connented. His powers activated and again the hate overloaded his senses.

Cooper just continued attacking him.

Zander curled up tightly and let out a soft whimper. Dwight was surprised when James came back to the house alone. "What happened?"

"They've got the whole place blocked," said James

"W-What?" Dwight asked. Zander looked up as his attacker stopped.
