I Know Him So Well

Sammy was up early that morning, making breakfast for herself, her brother Logan and her boyfriend Dwight. She could sense the fever in the house, but couldn't pinpoint who it's was coming from.

Logan laid curled up in a ball on his bed, tossing and turning.

Sammy hurried upstairs after turning off the stove. She went to the room she shared with Dwight first.

Dwight was sleeping quietly. Logan groaned softly.

Sammy heard the noise and rushed to his room. "Logan?"

Logan had locked his door the night before was too out of it to here her.

Sammy sighed softly. She had to get in. "Logan!"

Dwight heard her yell and got up. "Whats going on?"

"He's burning up and I can't get in," said Sammy.

Dwight nodded as started to kick the door in.

Sammy paced. He was getting warmer by the minute.

Logan groaned again as he body shifted into his wolf form.

Sammy went into the room went the door was finally down. "Logan?"

Logan was way out of it as he raised his muzzle from the bed.

Sammy gave a gentle smile. "Hey you," she said, sitting down on the edge of the bed.

Logan whined softly before shifting again, this time into a rabbit.

Sammy sighed softly. She knew Logan was in bad shape now. "Lo, I need you to focus, okay?" she said softly. "I can't help you like this."

Logan could only look at her as he tired to focus.

"You can do it Lo, just focus on my voice," said Sammy.

Leo forced his body to shift back to normal.

Sammy brushed a bit of Logan's hair from his face. "So it's you I'm sensing hm?"

Logan nodded slowly as he forced his eyes open.

"Just relax, I'm here now I'll take care of you," said Sammy gently. "I need to go get my bag okay?"

Logan nodded before loseing his focus and shifting into a cat.

Sammy smiled softly and picked him up, carrying him with her.
